This lovely 2" long 10 kt yellow gold stock pin in hunt whip form is embellished with a reverse carved crystal of a detailed bay horse profile.  The pin is in hunt whip form, and is marked for its gold content. But what makes this pin unique is that on the pin stem in upper case block letters is engraved, DIANA.  We are not certain if this was the owner, a nod to the Roman goddess of the hunt or the maker's name.
